Shipping and Returns
How long does my order take to ship?
Domestic US shipping can take anywhere between 2-7 business days depending on the distance between Saint Louis Missouri and the destination to where the order is placed.
Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately to my friends overseas, at this time we are unable to ship international. I’m hopeful that someday soon we can ship to you from across the big pond! I’ll keep you posted!
Do you offer Refunds?
Please note that we do not offer refunds on any of our art pieces, they are one of a kind and not manufactured or duplicated. However, if you have any issues with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to assist with an exchange. Please beware all custom or personalized items are not eligible for exchanges.
What is your Exchange policy?
We except exchanges of items of equal value (Wine Glasses, Wine Stoppers, Cheese Boards, and trays) are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in its original condition and unused or damaged. To initiate an exchange, please use the contact tab to send a detailed message and select the “other” option. We will contact you as soon as possible with in a 24-hour period or sooner. You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with the return. We will cover the shipping cost for sending out the new item. Please beware all custom or personalized items are not eligible for exchanges.
What if my item is delivered damaged?
If you receive your package and your item is damaged or have any issues, please contact us as soon as possible! Use the contact tab to send a detailed message and selected the “other” option. We will contact you as soon as possible with in a 24-hour period or sooner. We do ask for pictures of broken items once contacted by email for insurance policies. Due to the fact each piece is unique we will do our best to get you squared away with a similar item to be shipped out to you with no cost.
